Kelli Jones, Esq. is the founder of Kelli Jones Law, PLLC. Kelli works to counsel entrepreneurs, small business owners, and online coaches through the process of legally protecting their businesses, mainly through federal trademark registration, contracts, and other business strategies.
Her goal is to make the legal side of business less boring, easier to understand, and far less costly.
Kelli has been practicing law for over 8 years and has previously worked both in the non-profit sector and private industry.
Kelli received her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in Hempstead, NY.
Although filing federal trademark applications only requires a license to practice law in one state in the United States, Kelli is licensed to practice law in both New York and Tennessee.
