I can’t give legal advice to you during a free consult. Often, people think something is just a “quick question” or simple answer, but giving legal advice is actually required. This means you then may rely on that legal advice… AND come back to me if it does not work in your favor.
This means I am taking a risk. If I am taking on that liability, I can’t do so for free.
Country, yes. I only work with clients needing legal advice in the U.S. But, 9/10, your state won’t matter.
For trademark applications, YES! During our Trademark Consultation, I can share details with you.
